This limitation applies to all direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses you or others may suffer, including for loss of profits, business interruption or loss or corruption of data or information.
If we provide any goods or services via this site and are in breach of a condition or warranty which is implied by law and cannot be excluded, our liability (and that of the other persons listed above) is limited, to the maximum extent possible, to one of the following at our option:

Variations to terms and conditions
These are the current terms and conditions. We may at any time vary these terms and conditions by posting the varied terms and conditions on this site. You agree that this provides you with sufficient notice of the variation. If any variations are made that will adversely affect you, we will try to give you as much prior notice as possible. However, all variations are effective from the time of posting unless stated otherwise.
You may pay the fees and charges for an accepted Order with any of the following payment methods and such other payment methods as specified on the Site from time to time:
Debit cards displaying a Visa or Mastercard logo; and or
Afterpay, subject to Afterpay’s terms; and
Zip, subject to Zip’s terms;
If we are unable to successfully process your nominated payment method (being the applicable debit card, credit card, gift card, PayPal, Afterpay or Zip payment) for an Order that has been accepted by us, then we may cancel your Order.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable from your nominated credit card for an accepted Order.
You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for Products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
We will provide you with a receipt at time of delivery which specifies the total fees and charges for the Products in the Order.
Fees and Charges
We will charge you, and you agree to pay the purchase price of each Product that is ordered, the Delivery Fee and any other fees and charges set out in these terms and conditions.
All prices and Delivery Fees on the Site are in Australian dollars (AU$). We reserve the right to alter prices and Delivery Fees for any reason at any time before you place your Order. Product availability and Product prices may vary between Cheap as Chips stores, catalogues and those found on this Site.
Cheap as Chips will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or any delay in performance of, obligations under its contract with you where such failure or delay is caused by an event outside the reasonable control of Cheap as Chips.
The purchase price of each Product is shown on the product list on the Site at the time you place your Order. The purchase price of a Product on the Site may not be the same or correspond to the prices in our stores for the same Product and we are not obliged to match any prices.
We may immediately suspend, terminate or limit your access to and use of the Site and (where relevant) your account if you breach these terms and conditions and:
1. The breach cannot be remedied; or
2.You fail to remedy the breach within 10 days of our notice to you of that breach; or
3.If there is an emergency.
We may stop making the Site (or any part of it) available without prior notice. If so, any Orders that we have accepted will not be affected unless the Products that have been ordered are no longer available or we are prevented from supplying the Products, in which case, we will notify you and we will refund to you all valid payments received by us for those Products.
You may cancel your account at any time for any reason provided that:
1. Any outstanding matters are resolved (such as a suspension on your account); and
2. You have paid all outstanding amounts owed by you.
Online only promotions
Cheap as Chips may from time to time offer promotions that only apply when placing the order through our website and may not apply to transactions in our physical shops. Any promotions of this nature will be advertised on the website, if it is available in-store then it will also be advertised in-store. Purchasing a product in-store does not entitle you to receive any differences between the prices you paid and the website promotion.
Terms and Condition changes
We may, at our discretion, amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing any amended terms and conditions on our Site.
If you have an Order that has been accepted by us, the terms and conditions that will apply to the Order are the terms and conditions that applied at the time you placed your Order.
For any future Orders, these terms and conditions may be different and so we recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully each time you agree to them prior to placing your Order.
Terms & Conditions Deliveries
We will make every attempt to deliver Products as soon as possible. You acknowledge that any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible or liable to you or any other person for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver. Where practicable, we will provide you with notice of such delay as soon as reasonably possible.
Cheap as Chips cannot guarantee that when an order is placed online that the stock is available within a reasonable timeframe unless guaranteed elsewhere, therefore should this be the case, Cheap as Chips will issue a refund of the products purchased.
1. Acknowledge and agree that any person at the Delivery Address who receives the Products is authorised by you to receive your Order;
2. Will ensure that, in the case of Restricted Products, the person authorised by you to receive your Order is over the required age as prescribed by law or as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions; and
3. Agree to comply with the delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify you when you place your Order through the Site.
Unless you provide an express authorisation to leave a product at the delivery address if no one is present to accept delivery, an appropriate person must be present to accept the delivery of your Order.
If you authorise us or our carrier to leave a product at the delivery address when no one is present to accept delivery, you:
1. Accept the risk of theft or loss of the Product from the time it is delivered; and
2. Acknowledge that, notwithstanding your authorisation, the person delivering the Product has discretion whether to leave the Product at the address.
We may require the person accepting the delivery of your Order to:
1. Provide us with proof of that person’s identity (including photographic identification) and, where relevant, age. If the Order has been paid by credit card, then we may also ask you to show us the credit card for us to conduct our verification checks; and
2. Where relevant, provide us with proof that the consents referred to under the “Restricted Products” section of these terms and conditions have been obtained.
If there is no appropriate person (for example, above 18 years old for Restricted Products or no one where you have not provided authorisation to leave a Product) at the Delivery Address to receive the Order or you are unable to show us the credit card for us to conduct verification checks, then our carrier will not deliver the Products you have ordered. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time, and we may charge you an additional Delivery Fee for the redelivery.
We will not deliver a Restricted Product to a person who is unable to prove that he or she is over the required age as prescribed by law or as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions. In this instance, we will cancel the Order and refund any amounts paid for that Order under these terms and conditions (excluding the Delivery Fee).
Delivery Fees & Locations
Delivery costs vary depending on whether your order is a standard order or a larger order. You can find the exact delivery cost in the checkout, before placing your order.
Free delivery for eligible orders over $100*
Eligible orders over $100 will receive free delivery. Big & Bulky items are excluded from the free delivery offer. Full list of excluded items can be found here: Big & Bulky Products - Exclusion List.
Big & Bulky Orders
Big and Bulky items will incur an additional fee at checkout based on the item’s size/weight and your location. This will be calculated at the checkout before processing your order.
Cheap as Chips reserve the right to offer or not to offer free shipping as to their own discretion.
We work with a number of delivery partners and courier companies to ensure you can receive your favourite Cheap as Chips products at your door. Due to the nature of some of our larger, bulkier items we are limited to the areas we can deliver within Australia.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept orders for delivery to the following locations at this time:
- Western Australia
- Northern Territory
We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and areas that are inaccessible with standard courier and delivery services.
Spend & Save Campaign

The Chippie Rewards Program Terms and Conditions document the operation of the program and any promotional activity and member transactions that arise as a consequence of the program.
Individuals who join the Chippie Rewards Program agree to be bound by these Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions.
The Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Cheap as Chips at its absolute discretion. Any modification the Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions may be applied to a member retrospectively.
Cheap as Chips will not accept any liability for any Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received.
Cheap as Chips will not accept any liability for Technical Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Chippie Rewards Program.
Cheap as Chips may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the Chippie Rewards Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Cheap as Chips Privacy Statement.
Cheap as Chips reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Chippie Rewards Program or any aspects of it at any time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights, Cheap as Chips reserve the right to transfer Members to such other loyalty or rewards program owned, operated, managed or administered by Cheap as Chips, it’s ‘related bodies corporate’ or ‘associated entities’ as those terms are defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Cheap as Chips may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a Member to provide to Cheap as Chips proof of identification (in a form requested by Cheap as Chips) for Cheap as Chips to verify the authenticity of a Members membership an compliance with the Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a Members involvement om the Chippie Rewards Program.
Cheap as Chips will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Chippie Rewards Program, including that incurred in the provision and/or utilisation of Rewards and Offers.
The Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards and Offers, including without limitation with the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant Cheap as Chips policies and or terms and conditions.
Any failure or delay by Cheap as Chips in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by Cheap as Chips must be in writing and signed by an authorised Cheap as Chips representative.
Nothing in these Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions is intended to contravened any applicable law. To the extent that any provision in these Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be served to the extent of any invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Cheap as Chips decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Chippie Rewards Program is final and binding.
Membership to the Chippie Rewards Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.
An individual becomes a Member as at the Join Date.
An individual is deemed to be a Member when they sign up in store or online and or use their Chippie Rewards email or member account to redeem Rewards and or Offers.
When joining Chippie Rewards in store a QR code on promotional signage will take individuals to the Chippie Rewards Program sign up page on the Cheap as Chips website. Individuals will be prompted to enter their full name, email address, password, gender and postcode. Other details may be optionally entered. An individual may update their Member Account at any time by visiting the Cheap as Chips Website. It is a Members responsibility to update their Member Account including their email, surname, birthday, phone and postal address. If a Member has not provided or updated Cheap as Chips with the correct details, Cheap as Chips may not be able to contact the Member about their membership, Rewards, special offer or entry to competitions.
By joining the Chippie Rewards program an individual consents to Cheap as Chips contacting them to provide them with consumer or marketing information and notifying them of Rewards or other products, promotions and specials.
At any time Members can only have one account to the Chippie Rewards program.
Members may not transfer their account or Rewards to another person.
Cheap as Chips reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Members account to the Chippie Rewards program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.
Members who are already signed up to the Chippie VIP program before the 3rd November 2021 will automatically be transferred over to the new Chippie Rewards program.
Individuals who were Members before the 3rd November 2021 will not be entitled to nor receive the Welcome Offer.
A Member may end their membership to the Chippie Rewards program at any time by filling out our contact us form.
Redemption of Rewards
Rewards and Offers can only be redeemed at Cheap as Chips Discount Department Stores or online at cheapaschips.com in line with the conditions of each applicable Reward or Offer as communicated in the Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions.
To redeem an applicable Reward when transacting online on the Website, a Member must ensure they are logged into a valid account.
When redeeming any applicable Reward or Offer, the Reward or Offer will be applied proportionally across each item purchased, based on the percentage each item’s represents of your total purchase. This will mean the Rewards or Offer will not be split equally across all items.
Rewards and Offers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Reward or Offer unless otherwise stated.
All rewards and Offers have an expiry date as dictated by the applicable Reward or Offer in the Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions, at which point they will no longer be available for redemption. Cheap as Chips reserves the right to change the expiry date on any Reward or Offer.
3. Only Rewards and Offers from one Chippie Rewards member can be redeemed per transaction.
Rewards and Offers can only be redeemed once.
Rewards and Offers cannot be redeemed for Cheap as Chips Wholesale purchases.
Rewards and Offers cannot be redeemed on other marketplaces where Cheap as Chips sells its Products (like eBay or Amazon).
Cheap as Chips will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards and Offers are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a Technical Issue including without limitation the failure of software or hardware.
Cheap as Chips reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions form being redeemed by using Rewards and Offers.
Returns; If a customer wishes to return a purchase for reasons other than that the goods are faulty or misdescribed:
Any Reward and or Offer redeemed or utilised during the original purchase that is being refunded will be forfeited;
Any Reward and or Offer redeemed or utilised during the original purchase can be honoured for an exchange if the exchange is of equal value or higher of the original transaction prior to any discount and or Rewards and or Offers applied, otherwise it will be forfeited.
Members acknowledge that intellectual property associated with the brand Cheap as Chips included in the Chippie Rewards program is owned by Cheap as Chips and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws in Australia. The intellectual property includes; The Chippie Rewards program; and The Trade Marks.
The intellectual property is provided to Members for their information. Cheap as Chips does not grant Members any express or implied right to use, copy, reproduce, republish, modify, create derivative works from, store in or on any public or private electronic retrieval system, upload, post, communicate, transmit or distribute in any way any of the Content on the Chippie Rewards program, the Trade Marks or any other intellectual property. In the event that a Member copies any of the intellectual property including the Content of the Chippies Rewards program and the Trade Marks, a Member acknowledges that their actions will be a breach of the Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions and Cheap as Chips reserves all of its legal right and remedies.
“Anniversary” means 12 months from a Members Join Date.
“Associated Entities” means an entity that is in some way related to Cheap as Chips.
“Authorised Officer” means a person who has been appointed by Cheap as Chips to perform certain compliance and enforcement duties.
“Birthday” means the date a Member has entered in as their date of birth when joining Chippie Rewards or as entered in their Member account.
“Black Dot” means products that Cheap as Chips sells at a discounted price for clearance of slow moving products or aged inventory.
“Cheap as Chips” means Palcove Ltd Pty ABN 46 055 118 404 trading as Cheap as Chips it’s related entities and is authorised representatives.
“Cheap as Chips Department Stores” means the physical stores owned and operated by Cheap as Chips.
“Chippie Rewards” means the rewards program operated by Cheap as Chips providing Members with access to Rewards and or Offers in accordance with the Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions.
“Chippie Rewards Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
“Current Catalogue” means the weekly Cheap as Chips catalogue with the on sale date range that the current date falls within.
“Content” means the information, artwork and experiences that are directed towards members from Cheap as Chips.
“Exclusions” means products that Cheap as Chips sells that that are excluded from being bought with a reward coupon or offer coupon.
“Join Date” mean the date a Member joins the Chippie Rewards program.
“Marketplaces” means a multi-vendor platform where sellers can sell their products, and the marketplace owner earns a commission from each sale.
“Member” means individuals who sigh up to the Chippie Rewards program.
“Member Account” means the place where Chippie Rewards hold the personal details of a Member.
“MultiBuys” means products that Cheap as Chips sells in multiple to receive a discounted price from the single buy price of that product.
“Offers” means offers or other benefits given to Members as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/ or promotions.
“Products” means all articles for sale in a Cheap as Chips Discount Department Store or for sale online on Cheap as Chips website at cheapaschips.com.
“Rewards” means rewards or other benefits given to Members as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/ or promotions.
“Technical Issues” means the technical malfunction a any telephone network, connection or line, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or intranet site.
“Trademark” means intellectual property consisting of a recognisable sign, design or expression that Cheap as Chips uses to identify products or services.
“Website” refers to the Cheap as Chips website cheapaschips.com where details of the Chippie Rewards program (including the most up to date Terms and Conditions) can be found and where Members can monitor their Member Account.
“Wholesale” means products bought through Cheap as Chips Wholesale store.
From time to time we may need to issue a product recall as we take the safety of all our customers very seriously.
If a product is recalled you will find the information on this page with details on the product and steps to take to return this product.

The product stock levels for each store are correct as of the date & time on each product page. Should you not be able to purchase the goods or services via this website, we cannot be responsible for stock being sold out when you arrive in store.
Should the goods or services not be available once an order has been placed, Cheap as Chips reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the value of the transaction to the previously used payment method. Cheap as Chips do not accept liability for any other costs other than the value of the transaction which goods and services cannot be provided.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure our stores have sufficient stock, there are short periods whereby they are mid-delivery and thus may not have it in stock when you call.
Products and services offered on this website may include assorted goods. Due to the nature of Assorted Goods, (asst, assort, asstd) Cheap as Chips cannot guarantee the variation of product selected and will be provided at random.
