Chippie Rewards is the Cheap as Chips loyalty program where customers can earn points and redeem money off their future shops.
Members of the Chippie Rewards Program will also have access to welcome rewards, birthday rewards and exclusive sales.
No your membership will be converted over to the new Chippie Rewards program automatically.
Existing and new members will receive the following benefits:
- Points that accrue towards money off their future shops
- Welcome Voucher (only new members)
- Birthday Voucher
- 20% off catalogue deals every Wednesday
- 90 day bonus points offer
- Access to exclusive sales events
Members will earn 2 points for every $1AUD including GST.
Members will be able to redeem their points for the following values for money of their shop:
400 points = $5
600 points = $10
800 points = $20
These points can be stacked up to the maximum value of $35 (1800 points) either in store or in our online shop.
When redeeming points, vouchers or the 20% off Catalogue Wednesdays offer, customers will only earn points on the cash amount paid on that sale. For example, if a customer is buying an item worth $100 but using $20 worth of points, they will only earn points on the $80 they physically paid for the sale.
Members points will only expire if they do not purchase or redeem with Cheap as Chips either in store or online for a 6 month period.
All new customers who sign up and complete the registration form online will receive an email with their Welcome voucher.
The Welcome voucher is valued at $25 and can only be redeemed with a minimum spend of $50. The voucher is valid for 14 days. It can be redeemed in store or online.
In store It CAN be redeemed the same time as redeeming points, the Birthday voucher and can be used with the 20% off Catalogue Wednesday’s promotion.
Welcome vouchers CAN be redeemed with MultiBuys, Blackdot and Hot Buys in store.
Online It cannot be redeemed the same time as redeeming points, nor with the Birthday voucher and cannot be used with the 20% off Catalogue Wednesday’s promotion.
Welcome vouchers CANNOT be redeemed with MultiBuys in the Online store and Click & Collect.
All customers who completed their date of birth during registration or updated their profile online will receive an email with their Birthday voucher once per year, they must have done this at least 7 days before the start of their birthday month.
The Birthday voucher is emailed on the first (1st) day of the month to qualifying members with a birthday in that month.
The Birthday voucher is valued at $25 and can only be redeemed with a minimum spend of $50. The voucher is valid for 31 days. It can be redeemed in store or online.
In store It CAN be redeemed the same time as redeeming points, the Welcome voucher and can be used with the 20% off Catalogue Wednesday’s promotion.
Birthday vouchers CAN be redeemed with MultiBuys, Blackdot and Hot Buys in store.
Online It cannot be redeemed the same time as redeeming points, nor with the Welcome voucher and cannot be used with the 20% off Catalogue Wednesday’s promotion.
Birthday vouchers CANNOT be redeemed with MultiBuys in the Online store and Click & Collect.
You will receive 20% off Catalogue Deals every Wednesday if you show your barcode to a Chippie at the register for them to scan or if you give your email address or mobile number so our staff can find your Chippie Rewards account and bring you up on the registers.
Some catalogue deals may be excluded from the promotion each week.

All customers, new and existing, who transact in store or online 3 times in a 90 day period will receive 200 bonus points.
For existing customers, the 90 day period will begin from 30th November. For new customers the 90 day period will begin from the day they sign up.
To qualify for the three (3) purchases, we have set the limit to one purchase per day for this promotion, hence you cannot make all 3 purchases in the one day.
From time to time members will have access to exclusive sales events that may be in store or online only. Information will always be emailed to our Chippie Rewards members.
Your Chippie Rewards Program barcode will be at the bottom of the emails your receive from Chippie Rewards, you will be able to add your barcode to the Stocard app to create a digital card. Simple search Chippie Rewards or Cheap as Chips to add to Stocard.
Members will be able to show their digital card on their phone for our friendly staff to scan in store to bring up your account on the register.
When a customer returns items to Cheap as Chips that they earnt points on, the points they earnt on that item are deducted from their Chippie Rewards account.
If you are only returning one (1) item out of ten (10) items on your purchase receipt, then only the points earnt on the items they are being returned will be deducted from your account.
You will only the dollar amount you physically paid. For example, you return a blender that was $100 but you only paid $80 due to using $20 off from points, the money paid back to the you is only $80.
If you are returning an item that you bought using points for money off or a voucher, then you do not receive the money off amount or voucher back. They are deemed as forfeited.
When a customer is exchanging goods at Cheap as Chips that they bought by redeeming points or a voucher, we will honour the money off amount on that purchase.
- the member bought a blender for $100 but used $20 worth of points meaning they only paid $80. The customer can exchange for another blender worth $100 and does not need to pay the $20 as the total value of the transaction was the same.
- the member bought a blender for $100 but used $20 worth of points meaning they only paid $80. The customer can exchange for another blender worth $120 but has to pay the $20 difference to the total value of the original transaction – not $40.
- the member bought a blender for $100 but used $20 worth of points meaning they only paid $80. The customer can exchange for another blender worth $60 but will forfeit the $20 money off amount from the original purchase and receive only the difference to the physical money paid by the customer on the original transaction – in this scenario it would be $20 back to the customer not $40.
All members who complete their registration online will be able to access their Chippie Rewards account on the Cheap as Chips Website by logging into their account with their username and password they created when registering.
Your account will allow you to see:
- Orders - Online orders they have made will appear here, in store purchase will not show.
- Address – ability to update and add addresses.
- Profile – you can update your personal information and add your birthday.
- Chippie Rewards – they can see your points balance and your activity history.
- Change Password – you will be able to change your password here.
If you have been receiving emails from Cheap as Chips or Chippie Rewards but never set up an account, you can simply go to our Chippie Rewards tab in the menu and fill out the create an account section. You can manage your preference centre by clicking on the unsubscribe link in all email communications from Cheap as Chips. This will give you the option to opt out/ unsubscribe from the following options:
- Marketing emails with promotional offers
- Loyalty emails with promotional offers
- SMS messages
You can choose to opt out of one, two or all the options.
If you unsubscribe from getting marketing and loyalty emails you will however still receive transactional emails from Cheap as Chips such as an online order update or points expiring soon email.
If you are having trouble with the opt out/ unsubscribing, you can request in writing to Cheap as Chips at email@example.com to manually opt out/ unsubscribe for you.
Manual requests will only be actioned Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Unfortunately not all of our products that we sell in store will be available online for Click & Collect or Delivery. If there is a product you have seen in store and have questions you can always contact us here.
Please be aware that we have some products that come in assorted designs and colours. We do try to give as much detail on colour and designs but ranges and product lines do change frequently. We can't guarantee when purchasing an assorted product online what design or colour you will get. If you are after a specific design it is best to head in store to purchase.
We buy a variety of products to keep our range fresh for you. Our ranges and product lines can change frequently. This means that certain items run out fast and may not be stocked again. Contact us for more information on specific items that are out of stock.
Click & Collect
Yes Click & Collect is available at all Cheap as Chips stores. Stock is subject to availability.
Click & Collect allows you to shop online and pick up for free in-store.

You will need to bring a valid government issued ID in store to collect your order. This is so we can verify your contact details with the order that was placed.
Staff may also ask you for you order number, you can find your order number in the emails you received from us.
When picking up your order we will need verify your contact details/address with the order that was placed.
This means that any family or friends who live at the same residential address as you can pick up your order on your behalf. They will need to bring in their ID that verifies they live at the same address.
If you are an unable to collect your order and need to nominate someone who lives at a different address to pick up your order please call and notify the store in advance.
We will hold your order for 14 days after being confirmed as ready for collection.
If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled, and a refund processed.
Delivery allows you to shop online and have your order delivered straight to your door.

Once your payment has been verified, we will process your order as quick as we can. Standard shipping times vary and depend on stock availability but standard orders usually take 5-10 working days.
Please be aware that due to COVID-19 there may be extra delays in shipping times.
Once you have placed your order online and received your confirmation email we start working on your order straight away. This means once your order is confirmed we can't promise we can make any changes to your order as it may already be packed and on its way.
However, if there is an issue with our order or your contact details please get in contact with us here as soon as possible so we can try and fix this for you.
We work with a number of delivery partners and courier companies to ensure you can receive your favourite Cheap as Chips products at your door. Due to the nature of some of our larger, bulkier items we are limited to the areas we can deliver within Australia.

Our returns policy can be found here and complies with ACCC standards for Australian Consumer Law. To return an item, please bring it back to the store of purchase with the receipt where our staff will do our best to help.

Well, cash is king but we also accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, BasicsCard and UnionPay without any charge. We also provide a cash out facility in many of our stores for your convenience.
We do not accept cheque or American Express payments.
